All the Physiotherapy team that I have seen have been extremely professional and supportive of my issues. I have also been attending a 4 week online course with [name removed]. I have also seen [name removed] face to face and feel the course very much helped me strengthen my injury with the 45 minute session. It worked very well and [name removed] is very good at explaining the steps as we go through the course.

I’ve seen two different nurses on my two visits and on both occasions came away very satisfied. Both spent time to assess my condition and fully understood my needs. Both knowledgeable with good way of putting over and explaining my condition re my heart.

I was assessed by a trainee under the supervision of a professional audiologist. They were both amazing! Treated me very well, explained everything and answered any of my questions thoroughly. I’m very pleased with how I was treated.
